Youth Can Lose Weight With Yoga

This begs three questions

  1. How lazy/sedentary are today’s youth when all it takes is yoga for them to lose weight.
  2. Imagine how much weight they would lose if today’s high schools still had a wonderful invention called P.E.
  3. How much more weight would they lose (and how much muscle would they build) if they actually lifted weights

They still have P.E.; at least they do at the schools where I live. My niece is a high school sophomore and P.E. is a mandatory class for them. I believe the only year they don’t have to take it is their senior year as long as they’ve passed it the first 3 years to meet the requirement.

Also, my son and daughter are in jr. high and they both have P.E. as well.
