I really hate loud music playing when working out. I can’t focus. I like the normal gym sounds in the background. I think they have a radio on at my gym, but it is quiet enough that I hardly notice it.

If I had a home gym, I would probably put the radio on a classical station or a lite rock station for background noise only…
