I was just wondering what everyone's Personal top 5 favorite supplements are, and if you want, what the worst supplements you've tried are (and why).

  1. Surge Recovery (yet to try Surge Workout Fuel)
  2. Spike Shooter
  3. Creatine
  4. Caffiene!
  5. ZMA

other notables: cold Fx, horny goat weed, vitamin D, steak!

I'd like to try: 11-T, Leucine, Alpha Male, Se7en (why not), Receptormax

My worst
Dexadrine :S (dang ADHD) - makes eating hard!

edit: my number 1 is due to the realization that i am stabbing myself in the foot more than i thought i was with my eating habits. it’s now a personal goal to get myself eating clean 90+% of the time. my thanks go out to B rock
