I like your first goal:) I’ve had a couple bombs. I’ve either rocked it out or bombed on squats. It’s a real mental thing for me.

weight- somewhere btwn 170 & 180. haven’t weighed myself in a month or so and yoga pants arent a proper gauge.

years lifting- 3 & 1/2, an athlete my whole life in one way or another. ages 3-17 were competitive swimming.
