Weight: 127 lbs.
Years lifting: 1 year, 2 months
Years/months training for powerlifting: 6 months
(Note: All 1RM’s were attempted months ago, and the numbers have since increased)
Squat: 260 lbs.
Bench: 120 lbs.
Deadlift: 275 lbs.
These are my goals for my meet in February:
Bench: HOPEFULLY somewhere in the 130s!
