Gonna start it as soon as season's over... though going from the responses so far on the original thread, I'm getting a little scared. I've never ever encountered anything quite as difficult as Fat to Fire, so I'm waiting to see what people say about this suicidal routine.

I used the program for just about 4 weeks. Lost about 10 lbs of fat with no major diet changes. I stopped to go with heavier weights for a while. I will use it again, or at least certain days, in the near future.

Did anyone get stronger, faster and more powerful doing it whilst losing weight?
