I would like some of your opinions on a protocol I am going to start soon. I am going to be doing two exercises per bodypart focusing on multi joint exercises, and since I want to try an keep the fat off I am planning on doing so 15-20 min cardio sessions twice a week. What do all of you think? Also, would doing some interval sprints be better than long cardion sessions for keeping of the fat? Can any of you direct me to some article that focus on training volume. Thanks in advance.

It’s been shown alternating 30 second sprints with 90 second moderate jogging will spike GH levels higher and will lead to better results than constant-pace running, in terms of body composition.
