What are some good supplements one should take daily for overall body function, health, brain function, etc etc.

Currently I take omega 3, multivitamin, vitamin d.

Can anyone suggest some other ones, one should take?

-curcumin
-ZMA
-vitamin K2
-vitamin D3
-probiotic
-digestive enzymes
