Poll: How often do you directly train your hamstrings (RDL’s, etc.)? How does this compare to your squatting frequency?
besides the comp lifts and pulls i’ll do dl and/or rdl once a week. i have two fs sessions and two bs sessions per week.
RDL or SLDL once a week at most. Band leg curls once a week. that’s it.
ediT: squats right now are 3x a week, in addition to some clean/snatch pulls and ohead squat stuff.
