Hey guys, a quick question about your favorite PWO shakes. I’ve never had one, because I usually just have a solid meal, but since I have some extra cash now, would Surge Recovery be a better PWO shake than a Whey shake. And also, what are your favorite PWO shakes, and their nutrient breakdowns? (For reference, I’m a beginner to weight training, if that affects your answer.) Thanks in advance!

Post workout shake - Chocolate Whey mixed with milk, soymilk, and a large scoop of peanut butter. All mixed in my magic bullet.
Pre work out or breakfast - Oatmeal, chocolate whey, milk, and peanut butter. It tastes just like a peanut butter and chocolate oatmeal cookie.
My favorite PWO shake would, hands down, be chocolate Surge. I don’t say that since we’re on this site, but bc it tastes like a liquid brownie. I actually look forward to training hard so i can “reward” myself at the end.
