when i first started lifting i had 13 inch arms now i have 18’s
thats three years
only about 1 good year though. this last year i’ve been frowing like a weed

I’m 6". It was newbie gains and I had to put on 30 lbs to get that those 2 inches. My arms suck so it’s becoming a huge challenge to get to 17". Got a 1/2 inch to go.

Good job man. I started at 12 inches and I’m at around 15.6 now. Gotta get the 16s

Fastest arm growth has always been when I am gaining body weight and hitting them with very heavy weights. If I’m not gaining weight my arms aren’t growing.

When I bulked up they started at about 38 cms and ended up at 43.5.
