Hey Jim,

What was your diet and training like when this photo was took? Also what weight were you at

Would like to know more, too.


I have no idea my weight - maybe 240?

I never restricted what I ate - so probably ate crap but never too much crap. There was a LOT of squatting, deadlifting, pressing, chins, dips and Prowler work. The key to all of this was NEVER STOPPING training over 25 years.

No quick fixes - they are for fools and nub tuckers.
