What are your goals?
Is there any particular lift you would like to get stronger at?
Is there any particular muscle you feel needs improving?
What does your weekly split look like?
I’m incredibly interested in discovering new training methods because it’s just what I enjoy doing! Training, learning, and just enjoying the ride.
