Your Calorie Maintenance Level?

Here’s a classic example, I have to remind myself to eat… so far today I’ve had 1 cup of coffee and 3 hard boiled eggs… That’s it. Been running around most of today and just finished at the gym… not really hungry though.

You have screwed up your metabolism. Look at some other threads. If you eat too little, your body slows down. The body is weird, it adapts. Bump up the good food, that would give you more energy to workout. Do 30-45 min cardio each day. You can do a 45 min walk at a brisk pace early am to get you going. Eat some food! Do what you need to do. then hit your weight session later. All the while getting your calories in.

It’s funny some guys eat way too many calories and others eat way to few.

My body slowed down when I overdid my dieting by reducing my resting bpm by about 30-40 beats per minute. I wasn’t in great condition, I was just underfed
