A guy I work with came up with this idea (read it in some women’s mag) that the way you process different proteins is dependent on your blood type. He said that people with O type blood can process beef and animal protein better where as A type blood means you should be consuming more plant protein. Is this correct?
I say it’s garbage.
i don’t mean to sound condescending or arrogant, but since you read it in a womens magazine i highly doubt that you were given the whole picture on whatever research that was taken from. i would ignore it until i found a study or paper agreeing with what was written.
