Your Best Damn Volume Plan for Natties Results?

Just started day 1 of this program. The original best damn workout had was too draining for me this time around at 6 days a week now that my new job is so physical.

Just wanted to hear what kind of results people are getting.

I’m 2/3 of the way through the program. You can check out my log for a general overview of what I’m doing.

Sessions run from 90 minutes to 120 minutes for me. I like training 3x/week, hitting the whole body repeatedly. Managed maintain or add muscle (modestly) and improve body comp while on a slight calorie deficit (I’m doing the Primer 52 diet, as well).

Every time I think about switching to something else after this, I get pre-partum anxiety. I’m strongly considering making it my go-to program when not doing a specialization routine.
