If you had 3 seconds to give someone your BEST advice, what would it be? In other words, something that changed your training life for the better.

Mine would be:

Give your TV(s) to your worst enemy.

“Do everything at the gym with correct form.”

or

“It’s your diet, it sucks”

Eat more. Then eat more.
