In a perfect world, I would like to maintain my body weight while getting in better shape (both a lower body fat percentage and better cardiovascular endurance). IE, gain muscle and lose fat
Not sure if I will actually do this. Its pretty hard to chase 2 rabbits at once, my time may be better served by focusing exclusively on gaining size/strength.
I want to improve my aerobic endurance by a lot. I want my resting heart rate to go from currently 75-80 to the low 60's.
I want to improve my flexibility and fix my anterior pelvic tilt.
I need to quit smoking or at least only on special occasions (not cigarettes).
