I could probably be pushing it a little harder…my shoulder doesn’t actually hurt while I’m lifting…it’s mainly laying down to sleep, waking up and getting dressed when it’s pretty agonizing…feeling much better…the groin is shaping up well also…I’m planning to keep adding 10 pounds to each main lift for a few more weeks while focusing on getting rid of my pain…[/quote]
So it just impacts unimportant stuff, like sleeping, and getting dressed. If you skip those you will be better in no time!
I’m glad you are happy with your groin shape. Many people aren’t.
At 10# a week you will be up and around before you know it.

Feeling pretty good…my bench is weak, weak, weak and my groin is saying don’t squat. Feeling pretty good though that I got 3 weeks of workouts in without missing. Yesterday was half-hearted as I was feeling pretty depressed when I went down for my first squat with 55 lbs on my back…was targeting 135 lbs or at least 95.
I love my MARC PRO. I use it every day and it really makes a difference in helping me to recover more quickly in my back, shoulders, legs, and hip muscles. I have to spend $50 dollars a month for a year to have it but I equate the use like going to a specialist every day. Can you imagine the costs of going to a therapist every day? Mostly I use the MARC PRO after training before bed but sometimes I use to loosen up before training or if I have time for extra sessions while relaxing and watching TV.
Kinda…did you get the new book? Some of the variations in there are really cool. I’m planning to just kinda hang out and lift 4 times a week using the 5/3/1 basics and get some strength back and then hit things hard on January 1…I know, I know…

Is this like the machine you hook the nodes up to your shoulder (for exmample) and it makes your mind think the shoulder doesn’t hurt anymore? My physio had something like that. Was amazing, but he only did it the first day.
