I came here 3 years ago, at about 173 lbs. and took a fair share of abuse. Of course I thought everyone was jealous of my hawt abs, 230 lbs. bench press and 365 lbs. deadlift.
I'm glad I stuck around and listened, because I just completed my most recent bulk at 231 lbs., squatted 400 lbs. on Sunday, and managed to bench 340 last night, and then row 320 (I'm actually happier about the row). So thank you to everyone, particularly CC, 300, and Prof X. your advice and bitch slapping is much appreciated.
Update: Records Week has finished! Final Tally: 400 Squat, 340 Bench, 320 Barbell Row, 470 Deadlift, 275 Incline Bench Press. Not too shabby, thanks guys
