I only slightly grunt a little when I’m working with really heavy weights. And it’s more to keep tightness while still breathing. At least it feels like it.
I actually did grunt during OHPs today. It was worth it.
I usually wear headphones when I am training, as does 99 percent of people in my gym. One day i forgot my headphones and I realized how many people actually grunt and groan when they workout. There are no telling what sounds I make when I have my headphones blaring.
Grunters beget grunters.
Seriously, one fuckwit starts it and pretty soon you’ll have ten cucks join in.
That’s why unless someone has a bunch of plates on and is about to do a huge squat/deadlift/whatever you absolutely must say something.
