Have been taking 2 steps forward and 2 steps back for a while now.
Nagging injuries still include the groin and shoulder, but my new fun is some powerful pain in my hands and wrists. Doc said it's not carpal tunnel, or arthritis, but hey they're not sure what it actually is.
Typing seems to inflame the hands. Lifting doesn't appear to make them worse, but I think lifting is what gets my wrists really fired up.
Have been doing a simple full body workout for the past 4 weeks. 2 days a week 3 sets of 5 with squats, deadlifts, overhead press, rows, pullups and curls.
Felt pretty darn good yesterday so I'm committing to getting back on my 5/3/1 4 day a week plan.
