Week5-Day4/Lower squat (switched with deadlift day by accident)

Limber 11

Squat: did about 10-15 sets working up to 395x3 (felt pretty crappy, shoulda got 4)
Front squats: did some fronts with 225 and 275
Deficit deadlift:5x10@245( decided to use deficit deads as secondary, should boost floor )
Abs: 4x15@~150

Bench: About 5-7 sets working up to 220x5( last 2 were forced reps), 220x4( last 2 were forced as well), 220x5(slingshot)
Bottom end drives: 4x5@ 135
Double pause bench: 2x2@185, 3x5@185(slingshot)
OHP: 3x10@95
Kaz press SS w/ dip machine: 4x10@115/4x25@55
Face pulls SS w/ arched back good mornings: 4x15/4x8@135

Was not happy with 220x3, bench isn’t coming along as hoped

Week6-Day2/ Lower-Squat

Limber11

Squat: did around 10sets working up to 375x5(dd not feel great) 405x1, 405x1, 425x1
Pause squats: a few with 225 and 315
Deficit deads: 5x10@245
