I am furious that my friend who promised to loan me his gymnastic still rings (he said they’re sort of like those blast straps) decided to go camping in Death Valley for the weekend. I will have to wait until next week to get them and hang them from the tree in the backyard so I can do incline pushups, superset with my sledge hammer drills and jump roping.
