yeah, but most of the protein is in the white.

I eat 3 eggs and 4 egg whites (or the equivalent since its in a package) every morning. I make them seperately though, so it basically is 4 like fluff and 3 delicious eggs.[/quote]

1 cup of egg white has 26g of protein

I love seeing people’s faces when i tell them i eat 30-40 eggs a week. It’s like i just told them i eat crack or something. They try to tell me how unhealthy it is, but i point out how much heartattack fat they have from following their high carb high fat low protein diet… hahahaha. I’m always going to have eggs in my diet as i find them a very easy way to get quality calories. some people are just so damn silly…

I have six eggs a day and I haven’t had a heart attack

Bah! I have between 6-12 eggs a day and I haven’t had a heart attack eith

How do you doodz cook your eggs, or is raw the way to go? Is salmonella common these days? I’ve just been scrambling a few eggs at a time whenever I need something to eat and can’t think of anything else.

I love a raw egg in my protein shake. Makes it fuller and richer. Frick…I might just apply to be the next food network star…
