Ye Olde Tyme Lifting!

Don’t know if this has been posted before, but nevertheless, check this out:

I was deloading this past week from my Westside routine and basically would just go in the gym and do old timey lifts. It was very fun and a great change from S/B/D. 2 hand anyhows are one of my favorites. The whole concept of this type of lifting so completely different and radical from most of what we do, so I found it both challenging, cathartic, and relaxing all at the same time. I even worked up to a one arm snatch of 105. Would like to hit 135 by Christmas.
