<~~~~ has to wear 40’s because thats all that fits over my ass and legs. Anyway, the orginal post question is absolutely impossible to answer. It depends on a million different factors. Train sumo and conventional then use the one you lift more weight with at the meet.
ive got a gut and pull convo for comp, and sumo for off-season.
just man up and bend over, noone will laugh at your plumbers credentials.
