How many pounds can it fit (regular 45lbs plates)?

The Amazon page says that each end of it is 10” long, so you should measure the width of one of your plates and divide 10 by that

yes but it doesn’t look like it can hold that much in the video (maybe 5 at most?)
it says 10’’ and the width of a plate is 1.3’', so 7 plates (a bit limited)
