Okay, decided to make a new training log just for 5/3/1. I started it like on Tuesday, so I’ll repost that training session here and stuff.

Holy shitzzzz. I’m so not used to reps above 5, and I’m so badly conditioned I couldn’t make the fifth set of squats. I’ll get better with the conditioning by just continuing the routine though. I really like 5/3/1 so far.
