The last couple of days I have been experiencing blurred vision, dizziness and diarrhoea.
After initially been confused as to what the hell was going on I managed to identify what was causing the problem. I had since removed it and I'm back to feeling great again.
I bought a different brand of coconut milk without checking the ingredients I just slapped it in the trolley as you do. After slugging it down a couple of times I found that it only had a 55% coconut content with xanthan gum and carboxy methyl cellulose making up the rest. Both of these have been shown in certain instances to cause the above mentioned problems. While maybe not true for everyone it seems true for me. Google them if interested.
Its just a shout out in case anyone else ends up feeling like a bag of shit and runs to the doctor or starts making unnecessary changes to their diets.
