Any of you familiar with X-comp training? I want to try it in my next strength phase to see how it works for me, but I would like to know if any of you have had any experience with it. Thanks.
I don’t really like to recommend one program over another, because there are VERY many factors influencing the success of any program, but from my personal experience I had much better results with westside’s traditional training protical. Thanks Ken. I just wanted to hear what people personally thought of it. But like you said, there are so many different factors so the only way to tell is to try. I’ll check out the westside style, I’ve been meaning to anyways.
