I’m sure I’ve read an answer to this somewhere, but I can’t seem to find the post where I did so, therefor I will ask it myself;
How long (aproximately) should the rest periods be on the different exercises?
(E.g. ME, Horizontal row, Rear delts etc.)
Maybe you could tell me what has worked best for you?
Since I sort of need to know the times, cause otherwise I will either rest too long or not enough…

take as long as you need, for the more out of shape guys this may be up to 4 minutes for accesory and even 6 for ME squat days. But it should decrease as you bring up your work capacity with gpp and extra sessions andn weight loss.
