I have just started the Westside for Skinny Bastards program. In the repetition workout, should the exercises be the same as the Max Lift workout. In other words, if my “max lift” exercise for upper body is the standard bench press, should my repetition workout be the standard bench press, or should I do something else, incline, decline etc. Or, does it really matter. Thanks
Choose something different most of the time.
Occasionally, the same exercise should be fine.
