I just started westside for skinny bastard, my schedule look like this.
ME upper body
Monday
ME lower body
wednesday
Repetition upper body
friday
I have two problems.
1)I don’t have time to do the sprint work on monday.
2) I snowboard on tuesday and thursday, its quite hard to snowboard the day after you did a ME lower body.
I thought about doing the ME lower body day on sunday and doing a dynamic effort on wednesday istead of sprit work (no place to sprint indoors ad it’s not possible to sprint outdoors at this time).
Do you think this is suitable ? If yes any ideas about the dynamic workout?
