WSP Program.

Doing a lot of reading on the site and I came across this program. Seems like people really enjoy it and are getting good results. Think I may give it a try.

Is this one in the updated spreadsheet, or going to be in the future?

Also, for the HIIT can you use an exercise bike instead of treadmill? I was thinking of doing HIIT just running outside but it is hard on the knees.
