Got so caught up in the final results that I forgot to post them here…
Derek and Pudzianowski went head to head in the stone series as the last event with the winner of the stones being the winner of the WSM. Mariusz was ahead for the first 3 stones, they were even at the 4th stone, and Derek was leading ever so slightly on the final stone until it slipped and he dropped it. Mariusz won by the inverse of what happened in 06.

Americans take 4 of the top 5 spots, Pudz gains his 5th title, and Brian Siders has said he is looking to focus on strongman after he wins this years IPF worlds. I’m sure that with some more event training (only had 3 weeks prior to the competition) that he’ll be a force. This was Pfister’s final year competing.
