Going to start following the WSFSB2 program with just one lower body day since I am playing a large amount of basketball this summer. Was wondering how I can throw in olympic lifts with the program.
I’m thinking for my one leg day it would look something like this.
- Cleans/Snatch at X%, mostly singles and doubles
- ME Exercise: 3-5rpm
- Unilateral Exercise
- Posterior Chain Exercise
- ABS
