WSFSB2 and Oly Lifts


Going to start following the WSFSB2 program with just one lower body day since I am playing a large amount of basketball this summer. Was wondering how I can throw in olympic lifts with the program.

I'm thinking for my one leg day it would look something like this.

  1. Cleans/Snatch at X%, mostly singles and doubles
  2. ME Exercise: 3-5rpm
  3. Unilateral Exercise
  4. Posterior Chain Exercise
  5. ABS
