I have come to the running part of my routine and I need some help. There is snow on the ground here and I dont know what to do for weighted sprints. I plan to train in my gym tomorrow on one of the basketball courts. Is there something I could do to have the same effect?
Another one is the High Box Jumps, Should I just try to jump as high as I can? I dont think there is anything I could use that I can think of. Other than that though I should be alright.
I need help with a couple of exercises/stretches for next week like:
Rollovers into V sits
Fire Hydrant Circles
Low pogo jumps
High pogo jumps
Lateral Quick steps (Are these like defensive shuffle for basketball?)
3 cone drill
