I’m skinny so I’m doing west side for skinny bastards…
My friend is about 5"11 and 220 pounds, he’s not Really Really fat, but he’s a little chubby and wants to lean up and get stronger.
If he joins me at the gym and does the same routine im doing, will he lose the fat, and belly while getting stronger?
Or should he just do a different routine?
lol just curious because I know the routine is not called: west side for chubby bastards.
Oh ya, and I know he has to adjust his diet accordingly, I’m just wondering about the routine.
