I want to do some Westside training, but i don’t know which plan to follow, the true WSB, or the Westside for skinny bastards. I myslef am about 6’2" at 200/205. I am relatively weak for my size, and i want strength much more than size…i am 16 btw…

so which plan would be better? WSB, WS4SB, or WS4SB part 2?

they’re the same thing… still the conjugate system your just training with different goals.

westside dumbed down a lot is simply identifying your weakness and making it no longer a weakness. just bringing up your weak points.

so you’re a “skinny bastard” ok get stronger and bigger… thats your weakness.
