Which would you consider better? I play DT (6’3" 280) at a juco and am looking to do one of these two next off-season. I know their both good. I was leaning towards doing the Athletic Pendulum because I’ve been training westside style for about the past 2 years and wouldn’t mind doing something different.
If any of you have tried either program (or both, preferably) let me know what you thought of them. thanks
