Does this split look ok for WS4sb for a football player. I added in a DE lower day.
Monday - ME Upper/Conditioning
Tuesday - DE Lower/speed Training
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - ME Lower/Conditioning
Friday - RE Upper/Plyos,Agilities

WS4SB is a great program and I have been doing it for four months now with great success. I play football and I’m going to be a junior.
The only thing I would change is switch the RE Upper to Thursday and do conditioning after that and then move the ME Lower to friday. On Friday make sure to do the agility drills first, then plyos, then weights.
Same with Tuesday make sure to do the speed training before weights.
