Hey guys I've decide on doing the wonder of a training program WS4SB because my coaches training program is not giving me any gains whatsoever. So I'll be doing WS4SB III to get some more strength before the season starts and to increase my explosiveness. Here are my numbers at the moment:

Height: 5'6
Weight: 160
Squat: 320
Bench: 230
Deadlift: 360
Shoulder Press: 145
40 time: Slow as fuck

I'll track all my progress in this log so guys who don't know whether or not they want to do this program can see how this program plays out and the gains that I'll make. Wish me luck!
