WS4SB for MMA?

hey guys, this is another question about training for mma. ive been using ws4sb as my lifting program along with conditioning and skill training and im wondering if this is what is best for me. i make all my exercise decisions based on mma (subbing high pulls for upright rows, one arm pushups for dumbell curls, etc)

i know its a great program and all, but can i get some opinions on whether or not its decent for mma training?

Well, everyone’s different, but I know that Forrest Griffin has done ws4sb in the past. So yeah, I think it should be ok to implement it into mma training.
