I’ve been working out seruously now for about 4 months. I recently joined a real gym, before I was using a neighborhood gym. But ever since i started using a real bench press incline and decline and regular my wrists hurt pretty bad after benching. It goes away pretty quick but maybe im not holding the barbell right? Any tips?
it’s usually limp wrist, or liberal wrist what I call it. Don’t let your hand bend and try to keep it as straight as possible. Maybe change up your grip on the bar. Hope this helps.
