I have been suffering from mild/annoying wrist tendonitis which has greatly affected by upper body workouts and overall strength.
It has been around 10 months and I would say that the pain level has gone down a lot but i still get the tingling/burning sensation.
I have read a lot about eccentric strengthening as one of the treatment/rehab options. However, i am looking to get advice from as to what protocol i need to follow on a daily basis for the eccentric program. ie- do i need to do it daily, do i need to massage/ice etc.
Any input will be greatly appreciated.
