I posted a thread a while ago about a similar pain and someone said I should look into ergonomics. THe thing is I corrected everything. I can workout my arms and forearms with no pain. When I use the computer my wrist hurts and I get elbow pain once In a while. The pain also sometimes goes up into my peck region and it burns. This only happens when I use the computer.

I’d suggest using a wrist supporter for your keyboard as well as your mouse.
I had the same issue at my job, mainly with my wrists and forearms, which cleared up after I started using wrist supports.
