I have tiny wrists. Around 6" at 5’11 and near 180lbs. Even more amusing is the fact that I once considered myself an endomorph.
The only benefit I can think of is the optical illusion of my forearm and upper arm size in comparison.
I’ve never had a problem before, but recently I hurt my wrist doing cleans to overhead presses. Four days of total upperbody rest later, I’m feeling much better. The first day I couldn’t even throw a football, or open a jar without pain.
Will stretching the wrists more often help prevent strains?
Are my small wrists a factor in injury?
