Wrist Pain in Sports

hi a few years ago i broke my wrist then a month later a really badly tearded my ligurements, i went to the physio and it got alot better but then i did it again not very badly and now it just keeps happening every time i get trowed in judo try and do a wrist curl even with the lightest weights and i cant even try to close a 50lbs gripper because of the pain on the under side of my wrist just below my thumb. i have tryed a few thing like putting deep heat on before tapping it up (which does help when it on but when i take it off its no better) using hot weet bags and i just bought i wrist wrap of the internet but nothing seems to really help.
