I keep re-injuring my wrists and am becoming very frustrated by it. There hasn’t been any particular incident, they just seem to happen. I’ve heard that it is inevitable to avoid malignent cysts in the wrists for weightlifters and that is probably what is causing the pain.
Wrist wraps help during the training but the residual pain post training is the same. I have taken over a month off of training overhead lifts and back squats but as soon as I start snatching and c&j the pain returns to both wrists.
The pain is mainly in the center-to the outer of the wrist. Has anyone else suffered from this and is there anything I can do?
