Heya manimals, I have a problem. Occasionally when I deadlift I arise the next day with a bad pain in my left palm, extending to the wrist. The pain is odd because it does not impede certain tasks, though it is very noticable, and excrutiating, when I attempt to do movements such as dumbell curls a day or two after. Any idea on what’s going on and any preventative measures I could take? Thanks.
